Halloween 2012!!!

Jaxon is passed out tonight after a LONG and EXCITING Halloween! His day started with a school party and trick-or-treating. Kevin was able to attend the party and take some cute pictures!

Early this evening we rushed home and got ready for our FIRST ANNUAL Halloween block party! We got together with all of our friends and ordered pizza, and we each brought a Halloween treat. I made the grave pudding and the ghost cookies!

I am so thankful for the number of little kids that Jaxon will grow up with on our block. It is truly amazing! And their families are all our friends - great people. We are very blessed.

Then it was time to go in and change for trick-or-treating!

South Texas Maize!

This weekend we traveled to San Antonio to visit my family and go out to the South Texas Maize! It was so much fun and Jaxon had a blast! He played with pumpkins, rode barrels behind a tractor, fed goats, played on hay, "drove" a tractor, swung, ate a picnic, and went through the corn maize. It was a great family fun day. We got back to Houston around 5:30 this evening and I've been busy unpacking, doing laundry, cleaning, packing lunches, and getting dinner ready in the crock pot for tomorrow! Now it's finally time to relax. Have a great week!
